Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Apartment building accessed via communal entrance, with a private door into the apartment itself. Note: Although ground floor, there are a couple of steps up into the communal hallway and approximately seven steps down to parking area at rear. Note: Please ensure the radiators are not covered at any time. A charge will be incurred if covered.
